High Tide and Low Tide Fish Restaurant
At the Marea Alta fish restaurant, the new Sky Restaurant in Barcelona, we will find the best of each coast coming from a particular vision of excellence in fish processing.
They are supplied from the main Spanish fish ports and we have expert collaborators who are in charge of looking for the best pieces in their place of origin: the Guetaria turbot, the hake and the red palometa of the Port of Cudillero in Asturias, the seafood and the Shellfish from the Galician market of Vigo and La Coruña, the red shrimp of Palamós, the Cabracho of Cap Roig, the blond and the spurs of the Catalan coast, the oysters of the Delta of the Ebro, the tuna of trap Cadiz, lobster and Norway lobster Real menorquina and the others, under that same criterion.
The objective is to get the pieces that come to us every day from the different markets, to reach the excellence of the taste through the different techniques of cooking: grilled, grilled, boiled, low temperature, fried, papillote …
The result of all this is Marea Alta, a new restaurant of grilled fish and smoked barcelona that seeks to merge all the richness and diversity of its coasts in a unique gastronomic space next to the best panoramic views of Barcelona.
